Accuracy over speed

We would rather delay a feature than ship a confident wrong exemption. Fee amounts and litigation banners must cite dated sources. When uncertain, pages say “likely,” “uncertain,” or “verify with counsel” — not “guaranteed.”

Primary sources

Prefer USCIS, White House, Federal Register, and State Department Visa Bulletin pages. Secondary sources (news, firm alerts) may explain timelines but should not be the only citation for a fee dollar amount.

No AI-generated eligibility answers

Interactive results follow fixed published rules. We do not hand your answers to a chat model to decide fee applicability.

Advertising separation

AdSense units are labeled “Advertisement.” Ads never sit inside a multiple-choice step in a way that looks like a tool answer. Advertising does not change screening outcomes.

Write like a careful practitioner explaining a process to a smart non-lawyer: concrete examples, real dates, no “in today’s world” filler, no fake Ultimate Guides. Vary structure across tools so pages do not read like clones.
